In the traditional, seated meditation position, you’re left with little choice but to sit passively and be mindful of your breath. It’s not exactly the most practical way to meditate. For one, it can be incredibly uncomfortable and, for many people, completely impossible to sit in this position for extended periods of time. 

In Unplug: Meditation, we’ve created a completely new approach to guided meditation.

We’ve taken the traditional, seated meditation position and transformed it into a mobile meditation.

In this new form of meditation, you can walk around the studio, moving where ever you feel like.

You can do this by simply making a noise or by using the in-room audio that will guide you through the meditation and give you feedback as to where your mind is in that moment.

In addition, you’ll be able to use the lights, music, and aromatherapy as a way to settle your mind, to bring it back to the present moment.
